Status Updates From Stripped

Asked my hubby to go to my bookshelves and pick any book he saw first for me to read (trying to keep out of book slump I fell so hard into) this was the book he brought down. I can honestly say that I have no idea where it came from *shrug* (my guess a goodwill .99 find). Here goes nothing!

Sucked in right off the bat.

Great story, slightly weird writing. But I have no clue why I felt it was weird.

The scenes were Alexa reverts (I can't say more or it will be a spoiler) are super funny.

The story is really picking up now. The characters are so unique, it is a refreshing change. I do have one small issue with the dialogue, sometimes it is too proper when Alexa is talking, like instead of saying "don't", she will say "do not", it is a small issue but I feel like she wouldn't talk like that.

The storyline is great, the characters, again great (Ok, I'm lacking creative word choice, so sue me), but I keep getting lost on some of the minor characters. Maybe I have a touch of amnesia!

I've been at the hospital all day, watching over my mom. YOu would think I had nothing but time to read but it seems the beeping of machines, moans of the patients and the constant footsteps of nurses and visitors, isn't the ideal reading atmosphere.

I couldn't be this lucky to find two kick ass UF books in a row? So far, this book is incredible. Alexa cracks me up!
