Very glad DS2 (10) demanded this for bedtime reading, because it's spectacular. Corbett's an excellent writer, in the old British Adventurer vein.

Enjoyed this book thoroughly. You can read it as a form of naturalist journalism, but take the tiger hunting with a pinch of salt, as Jim Corbett was a man of his time, and remind yourself that he eventually swapped cameras for guns.
