Just in the introduction but here’s a great insight:

The reason for Sabbath laws (no working on 7th day) in Exod 23:10-12 are not for being holy or for personal rest. The seventh day and seventh year are so the poor, slaves, and sojourners can rest. It’s for their benefit so they are not unfairly overworked or undercared for.
