This book is a hot mess (derogatory).
Not enough to not finish but enough to repeatedly remind myself it was published in 2002 and they did things differently back then (but _____ ______ books are older and they're not like this soooo)

I read a couple horribly scathing reviews of this book, so I wasn't going to read it, but I want to read the Romance Greats, and Brenda Jackson has SO MANY BOOKS. I keep hearing this series and Catalina Cove pop up. I have to start somewhere.
So far it's eh. I'm not a fan of "We're so attracted to each other. Will they won't they?" being the whole story, but this book is pretty short so not much room to add to it
