It’s interests me quite a bit that Wallace is focusing in on his women characters so much, in that I mean Lenore is for sure yhe main character and many of the supporting cast so far are women. One of the most salient criticisms of Infinite Jest is that it doesn’t centre women enough in main roles at all for the scope it poses to have. It’s good is what I mean, I can’t help but compare of course.
