Status Updates From Sammy Keyes and the Search ...

2nd re-read as an adult and I think I’ve ruined the magic from my childhood memories.
I won’t be continuing the series anymore.
I LOVED this book in particular so much when I read it as a kid, but it’s just not the same.
Maybe I’ll come back to it because I do have nothing to great memories of reading these books in my bed instead of doing my homework.
I’d still recommend to preteens.

I forgot just how nasty Heather is.
I remember middle school and girls will ABSOLUTELY go out of their way to make another look like an idiot by humiliating them.
Don’t miss that one bit.

I enjoyed this book in particular so much more when I was in middle school. But I’ll still finish it regardless. The whole teen gang thing was so different when I didn’t know what I now do.
I’d still recommend for the kids.

The adults in this book are terrible adults
