Not a lot of time to read week, but I grabbing a chapter here and there. I’m fascinated by Wheatley’s days as a Lieutenant in the Army, his cad-like ways shining through already. He very liked the ladies and the ladies liked him. He was rather handsome!

This may take me a while. At almost 700 pages (a portion is references and index) I will probably read some fiction alongside it. 👹
