Honestly, could've done without this, "I'm not good enough" shtick. There was already enough drama, and at this point, we're belaboring the point for the sole purpose of dragging out the book. I really felt like Drake had hit her stride in this book until we got to this point. While third act break ups are expected in romance books, this one is so unnecessary. She had subverted other tropes in this book so well, too.
