I've learnt a lot about Babs. She listens to no one. The way this novel is written, is so vivid. Bettina is telling her story. I've learnt about the death of Babs's parents (Bettina's grandparents). It's so raw this novel. Bettina I think sounds like she cut her own her to get Babs's attention. The story also says that Bettina's young 20 year old nanny Stacey has no interest in her. Looking forward to reading on.

I'm hearing the story from Bettina. Babs has a very dominant and overpowering personality. I love the way this book is written. It's very vivid. Off to a good start so far!!
