Status Updates From Shadowline (Starfishers, #1)

This is not Glen Cook's best book (if my memory serves me right). But it's a very grimdark space opera about evil people, with a plot that flies. So far, I am satisfied, with some reservations.

2.5 stars Lots of good pieces other than mostly weak and incompetent female characters. It just never came together. It’s possible I’ll try one more in the series. But not right away.
