‘Willing’: an aimless ex-actress ashamed of her life. She feels ‘willing’ but does not ‘will’ herself. She tries to find emotion in a relationship, but fails and is only ultimately embarrassed by the man she chose, in-line with the predictions of her friends. She lives in the shadow of her past and the definitions of others of who she is.
