I feel more and more guilty with each word of this book

Today i read about how ads are controlling people. what they make you think, what they want you to do, how to dress everything. The average American child watches 3,000 ads a day anyway, that mean they are watching 3 ads in a minute, also they watch 40,000 ads in a year.

I just finished chapter 1 and it kinda made me change the way I look at water. We spend more money on making and getting water then it is fast to drink it and bottled water has way more chemicals then filtered water coming out of your pipes and it take a million and a half barrels of oil to make bottles of water. That could power more then 100,000 cars for a year.

This book doesn't even have characters, it's more of an information book. This is highly disappointing.

Get Real is just talking about what products are good for America and what are bad. Right now, I am at the part where they are talking about how things are being made how hard it is for the people that make it but easy for use to buy it, use it, then throw it away when they are done with it or there is a new things out.
