Interesting concept and good execution. Chuck Palahniuk has such a distinct style. It’s not for everyone but I enjoy it. I think at its core this is a book about trauma and the different ways people deal with it. I particularly enjoyed the use of invasive species/plants to drive home his point about the dangers of consumerism.
