Status Updates From Lessons from a Younger Lover

Finished. Review to come. I'll keep it at 3 stars. Way, way too much happened in this particular book, and there were definitely events that left a sour note with me. I did like the central relationship between Gwen and Ransom, but between the stereotypes and shoehorning a lot of drama that made the book longer than it had to be...yeah.

This book is coming back to me considering I remember this part. The baby mama drama and the orchestrating trying to drive Gwen out of her job. Ooof this book has no shortage of things happening. Like that part, but I don't like the character stereotypes. That was my main issue last time I picked this up. Still reading.

I like so much of this story so far, including the interactions between the characters. Ransom (the MMC) is handsome and sweet. But I'm not a fan of the workplace harassment Gwen has by her boss. When it gets to those parts, I cringe. Still reading.

I can't get over the fact that this dude's hair is down his back. I'm having such a hard time picturing him.
