I like the plot, but I’m not loving the dialect between Sage and King. I find I’m reading fast through their banter and the 🌶️ and not getting much from it. Reading this because it was a recommendation! I think I keep reading these spicy books at the wrong time because I just cannot seem to get into them.

I’ve read every available book in this series except the first one for reasons I can’t remember but I figured it was time to see where it all began 😆

Ahh u am loving this so much I don't want to put it down.
