Hi bub, woah it is a smokey morning! I have no idea what I'm going to do today. Pretend I'm not insanely anxious prob lol. I can hear my psych's advice in my head: "say excited, not anxious!" lmao she says the words we use matter, apparently. Okay anyways I'm off to distract myself with coffee, chores, maybe a podcast or two. So far is not working 😭 oh but my headache is gone! yay that. mysm xxx

Good morning to my b & only my b! I'm awake. The younger one has been my shadow these last few days lol. If mom's up, he is up! it's actually v cute. Makes me let him in the bathroom with me & cries for all doors to stay open. Reminds me of someone I know x 😉 have a good day my 💞
