i am only just getting started on this book but i have never had such desire to start talking about it already. this feels like i’m reading a diary but a diary of one of much intelligence. as a girl who grew up visiting greece this book describes the feeling of visiting the country beautifully. greece is such a special place and this book praises it in a way that is just ineffably perfect and personal to me.
