I'd like to start a career helping UK authors edit out any non-American English terms out of their books set in the U.S. "Band-Aid" instead of "plaster", "apartment" instead of "flat" etc. It's my calling.

So, after starting this book, I spent 10 minutes trying to figure out if it was a sequel. It's not. It's like walking into the middle of a movie...
