I started reading this book a few months ago and I'm almost close to the end but didn't finish it in time for book group.

It's not exactly what I expected, but not in a bad way...

Interesting to read about how a lot of fat acceptance gets caught up in the idea of fashion and beauty, instead of oppression. Guilty as charged!

I love it, so glad I got a chance to read it. Makes me simultaneously angry and hopeful.
