He writes about getting so drunk at the kings coronation he threw up, passed out and woke up the next day in his own vomit. Like I said, visceral. In his basement he stepped on his neighbors turd. Had to call someone to fix the neighbors overflow problem.

Im enjoying reading this 17th century man’s diary. I love that Pepys always describes what he drinks and eats.
