The author mentions the rule of thumb most drivers have about how many miles per hour is acceptable to drive over the speed limit. Nobody ever questions the fact that universally drivers understand speed limit to mean speed minimum. Drivers routinely get pulled over for driving under the maximum which should be normal.

I finally sat down & finished the book today! Will have to revisit specific chapters to review some stuff, but overall, it's really insightful. It made me more mindful of how I behave on the world when I get my license, and when I buy my own car for the first time.
