Well this har really been a treacherous war. The U.S has been committing the most casualties and winning most of the battles however Vietnam is supposely "winning" the war. Meanwhile back in the U.S many protest have started and a lot of people are becoming active in the cause to get American out of the war

I am currently very interersted in this book. I am very shocked in the outcome and the casualties that occured during many major battles during the war such as Hamburger Hill. I was also astonished how the Vietnamese attacked the U.S when they both agreed on a ceasefire.

This book has so far talked about the background history from the events from World War II that lead up to the events of the Vietnam War. It has also talked about the first few years of the War and some of the first battles and operations.
