I don't like Ivy, but she's the Mean Girl so I'm not supposed to like her. Hopefully she'll get her comeuppance during this book. 🤞🙏

I love this idea. That's a positive, unique way to think of planting a seed. It makes sense too.

I'm still curious about the dandelion paperweight and I wonder if it's a talisman.

I guess that Bellamy is sort of similar to Hermione, but I'd like to see this book for what it is instead of comparing it to the fucking Harry Potter books.

There was clematis looped around the inside of the windows, ivy climbing up the table legs and a pink gramophone playing in the corner, warbling overwrought opera music.

Opera music played on Colorado Public Radio as I read this sentence. That was chuckle-worthy. I'll have to look up these different plants and flowers. 🙂 I've seen clematis before.

I’m on page 42 of 364 pages the book is ok so far. I don’t think I’ve gotten to the good stuff yet.
