Ugh, this FMC is a bit to juvenile for my taste & the spice scenes are written kind of at a juvenile writing level too.

I’ve been listening to the audiobook but I’ll have to switch to reading the print book. I realized a minute ago that when the male narrator does the MFC’s lines, he sounds like Meatcanyon doing a woman’s voice and I just can’t un-hear that.

Over halfway through and the inconsistencies are confusing. I thought it’s been 2 weeks since the pet shop was broken into and a month since she invoked the gargoyle. Yet it’s been “weeks” since the pet shop’s windows have been replaced.
