I think they call to this kind of literature "Bizarro" because it sounds sexy, however, the spanish word Bizarro has a very different meaning of that in english "Bizarre". While the later means weird or strange, the former means courageous, brave, valiant or gallant.

While I was reading reviews of Alice's adventures in wonderland, I found a "review", actually an alternative story of Alice applying for a driver's licence, signed by some bloke called Caris O'Malley, I don't know if that is the name his parents gave to him or if it is a pen-name, or if it is the artistic name of a porn-star. Later I learn he had written a book and that this book belongs to a genre named "Bizarro"
