I’m very much enjoying this. What’s interesting is Lamashtu, Lillet and Lamia are all portrayed as scorned, hateful women who I guess at the core, centre men for their existence, and become horrible figures when they are denied the man they want. Men are basically the prize in these stories which strikes me as just absurd
