I was a little disappointed how there was barely a mention that cubic equations had already been worked with for hundreds of years, even if they used more of a geometric approach.
All of those letters and betrayals for nothing. Ferro did it first and plus the two of them could only do depressed cubics.
Anyway, I would love to find a translation of Ars Magna and his gambling book of course!
