A Canadian Sikh male perspective. Very funny and easy to read. I liked the chapter where he talks about his mom and understands her traditional karmic perspective is why she was scarce with compliments. I learned there’s a difference between healthy pride(how gratitude on achievements are celebrated with humility) vs. the ego driven pride our mothers attempted to avoid. I also liked the chapter of Listening is Love
