Status Updates From Meditations: A New Translation

I’m reading this as notes he wrote to himself, rather than wisdom for me to live by.

Echoes the theme of impermanence. Of quiet self reflection. He seems consistently reminding himself to let shit go. I find it useful that someone who was a great man in his time, with more life experience than I currently have, struggled with the same “below the line” thoughts that I struggle with.
