My professor mentioned the concept of the “warp-spasm” and then refused to elaborate further because “we will see the warp-spasm” again. Man what the hell. Also finally got to The Táin proper wahoo :)

I think it’s very weird that my medieval lit prof has us bouncing between books the entire semester, but whatever I trust her judgement.

crazy story. i read a review on here that half the book is spent explaining the stories of how places in ireland got their names that is very true. still really good.
