I like the format that each chapter follows. I’ve only finished part one on how phones/internet/social media affect our Loving. Look forward to Living and Learning sections!

First two topics in and I could already appreciate how this book really goes through the details of each effect, impact, accompanying issues, and whatnot. One out of the two could be better discussed but the solutions and illustrations were on point.
