Status Updates From Marvel's Wastelanders: Doom

Well hells bells. The plot just went pear-shaped. WTAF?! The "Hulks" made little sense before, but now you throw in senseless deaths, and I'm almost outta here, Waid.

You'd think after a while, ppl on the wrong side of Doom would realize that he can do magic.

With a nice tie-in to Wastelanders: Wolverine, in the Negative Zone we see where the Shadow King leapt after Red Skull's demise, and who he wants to inhabit next...

And Doom cannibalizes Team Evil again, as another 2-bit villain bites the er, dust... making room for another! Next up: the Negative Zone. Credits music is rocking some cool Ben Prunty FTL vibes.

Lol, grumpy put-upon pompous windbag "weird uncle" godfather is a new look for Doom, and I'll admit, I was dubious at first, but with the ever-loveable Valeria as foil, it's kinda growing on me.

We'll now, *that's* the Doom we know and love.

Old Man Doom is kinda pitiful.

Not familiar with Valeria Richards, but I love her already.

We're back to Cora from season one (spoilers for Wastelanders: Star Lord right from the get go!). And again with the "let's destroy the Avengers by amping the Hulk" trope popularized by the MCU.
