Status Updates From Adoption Is a Family Affair...

I think I am going to DNF this book. Overall connotation is anger towards those that don’t understand adoption/fostering. While I’ve experienced the scenarios/examples myself at time, there’s little grace given in these chapters so far. Feels like it’s fueling the fire of being mad at family and friends which is not the perspective I want to read/experience.

Currently reading this book, and my first impressions are, while there is some good information in it... there is also some information that would be confusing for Canadian readers (the first part of the book on what the process is like) as it is written for American's going through their system. If my inlaws or friends want to read it, I am putting sticky notes in so I don't inadvertently offend or confuse.
