Status Updates From Bitter Harvest

Lots of great backstory and history of the lead up to where Gordon's story starts. I'm enjoying reading this book rather slowly to make sure I take in every detail and historical tidbit I come across.

As I was living in North Dakota at this time, I remember some of this going on. But I never got the entire store as told here. I have been in Medina and on the road where the incident took place. And my 8th grade teacher at Berlin Public School, Len Martin, is mentioned in the book. And at the time there were rumors after the Feb 13th shooting, Gordon spent some time at a farm maybe 20 miles away. Good read.
