Enlightenment is not an end you reach, but an acceptance of reality for what it is, a means to exist.

Zen Buddhism seems to provide a path towards living in the moment in the most absolute sense. Admirable.

honestly loving this book - at times repetitive and confusing tho

we can see time both as the peaks of mountains or as a range of mountains - either simply the present or past present and future in the now - 🤍

So far looooving this - good metaphors - simple but contains so much information
