I like iPod Conundrum about how your customers can't help you develop the the next Big Thing. A great example was a quote form Henry Ford, if he had asked people what they wanted, they would have said "Faster Horses." Some nice case studies regarding blogging, social media and PR. ANd most importantly, don't forget to compare any measurements t the competition or some other benchmark!

Lots of good tools are mentioned, to bad the author does not mqke a reccomenation or say how or when to use each tool. I wish the chapter on recognizing sentiment had told us more than, the tool out there are still not up to par.

Many examples of how others calculated reach, but I did not see a recommendation of what the best method was...maybe I need to reread the chapter.

I love that the book includes some humor, in what could have been a very dry topic like the reference to the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy. I like the big three business goals!
