This is a large book and the pages are full of information, so this may take a while! It is organised by method, with a master recipe followed by variations, a little like the old school Betty Crocker key recipes, though the layout is different.

It crossed my mind that I could use this for a text for cooking classes after I retire. Seeing the popularity of meal kits, I think some of these skills are being lost.
