Status Updates From Amurg

Lo poco que he leído esta mejor que el libro completo de Indigno de ser humano.

At first I was like wow so much crying already.

But then by the end of the 2nd chapter I cannot help but admire Dazai's craft and emotional intelligence. He writes with such clarity the pages breeze by, and his characters, for all their tears and misery, are willful and, quite literally, especially Kazuko, grounded to the earth. I am impressed by how strong he can shape such a character.

semi-random pick during a bout of insomnia. semi since I initially picked another book but dropped it after 10 pages, and i've long been meaning to read Dazai (ever since I began binging BSD anime and manga).
