Again, important to reiterate that he’s covering an incredible amount of ground in 200ish pages, but really wish there was more said on Cold War era chemical weapons issues. It is very interesting and he glosses a lot very hard.

Already some odd stuff around claims that there weren’t substantial biological weapons programs under the Third Reich; significant testimony from war crimes tribunals contradicts this claim. Have to look at Spiers’ sourcing to figure out what happened; he glosses very quickly.
