Recommend by a friend, I am having mixed feelings about listening to this book. It strikes me as an odd combo of information provided. On the one hand, it seems geared for parents ready to get into the nitty gritty with its fairly detailed science portions that are then juxtaposed with repeated advice on very basic parenting skills: don’t dismiss your kiddos by blowing them off and yelling, “Get over it!”
