Sometimes you just need to reread the corny books you read in middle school to get you out of a slump.

I’ve read reviews where they are pissed off at the fact the attendant “slaps” the FMC’s face. The way it’s written it’s literally a pat on the face similar to what a grandmother would do to her grandkids whilst saying “aren’t you a good boy”

So far, I’m not understanding the hate towards this book
