I agree the government shouldn’t tell us what to eat wholeheartedly. It’s your right to eat yourself to death; however, it’s hard to take the argument against low fat/low cholesterol seriously when he doesn’t even mention that there are TWO types of cholesterol and that not all dietary fat is created equal.
