Status Updates From The Obsession

This is in response to Jessica running into them and asking Colin if he's chosen his thesis topic, prompting Tristan to do the same.
I'm thinking exactly what we are supposed to.

“Take your hand out of your pocket.” Collin gently tugged at Tristan’s wrist.
Clenching his jaw, Tristan said, “I can’t. You don’t understand. I need this. I have to—”
