dreading the fact that it will end soon

I got behind on my reading schedule so I am going to have to read way more of this per day than initially planned if I wanna finish it on time. I hope I like it

I’m struggling with this but I’m going to keep grappling with it.

I can't pretend I'm following all of this, but the language is at times glorious.

I love a book that makes me think. Omeros is beautifully written and has forced me to reflect sincerely on what I know about French and English colonialism and its effects on postcolonial life. Homeric allusions are everywhere the eye can see that give the story and its character that added layer of depth, which is very appreciated on my end. Love so far.
