Finished! I absolutely loved the format of this work (which relieves me, because I already own all the other works in this series) and appreciated a lot of what it had to say. That said, as with many self-help books, the author makes changing yourself/mindset sound so much simpler than it tends to be.

This is part manga, part textbook. I'm attempting to read it straight through, although the preface states that you can read the manga bits first and then the text, if you prefer.

I never thought of an inferiority complex as a disease. Also, I see myself and people I know in the descriptions. It’s given me a different perspective.

Very interesting. The protagonist in the manga part is relatable. I’m not familiar with Adler, but his approach sounds different than what I’m familiar with when it comes to psychology. The book seems versatile, both light and potentially heavy to read. It makes me want to do further research.
