People whom use currency exchanges are...that statement has me giving the author bombastic side eye

this book has not gotten any clearer - I am still confused about the world and the vampires in it

not liking this as much as I hoped - it is very confusing

This is an exceptionally novel story. The humor is very low-key -- it begins innocently then has you second-taking, then you either internally 'heh' or you sit and giggle foolishly.

While I am loving this book and the wonderful narration, I have to say they are spending WAY too much time in this subway tunnel/bunker.
I’ll come back to it again tomorrow.

This book is the definition of dark humor.
I think I need a short break. It’s so good and Joel Leslie kills all the amusing dialogue, but I want to savor it.

Hah this might not be the right book to read during a pandemic. Hopefully Joel Leslie will keep it light and snarky enough for me.
