This book is important in part because of its precision and clarity. Lewis’ arguments do reference many complex ideas, but the central arguments are
relatively accessible. He has the uncanny knack to add these striking phrases at the end of a longer discussion/argument that cut to your core in a profound way.

I am blown away. Reading this book at just the right time in my life. This may be one of the most important books I’ll ever read in my lifetime.

So far so good! At the beginning I thought this book might be above my pay grade. Turns out I had some familiarity with a few key ideas, especially fact-value dichotomies. Has been enjoyable to read, first book im doing with a book club
