Minho was, I can't lie, pretty mean. But I guess that's to be expected of him. I mean, she just hurt his best friend so..
Thomas tries to keep his own anger more private as to not hurt her more.
Newt kept quiet and didn't treat her any differently than he would another Glader.
It shows a lot about their characters.

I miss the Newt and Thomas duo, they've barely spoken for the whole book. Met the girl group, which is way better than the boy group (no surprises there though), and I already love Harriet. And Teresa needs to calm the fuck down.

After a deep reading slump, I can now confidently, absolutely, and positively say that The Scorch Trials is starting to get on my nerves. 😭 I still have at least 30% of the book left before I can give my full review, though… so let’s hope this book turns things around—and quickly.
