I didn’t really read M. P. Shiel Vaila properly; maybe its beginning didn’t catch my attention immediately, maybe I didn’t actually feel like reading, but out of all the stories in this book that one was the first that I didn’t read at all properly. Maybe someday I’ll read it properly (highly unlikely)
