I forgot how much I liked this book!

- “‘You’re investigating yourself!  Can’t wait for you to charge yourself with murder.’” I know Luke didn’t do it but all the evidence does point to him!
- “‘I just love going through other people’s rubbish.’” Forensic Investigator Luke ‘Sarcastic’ Harding, everyone!
- Having ‘Diamond’ as a nickname given to you by teachers is a little pretentious but lowkey cute😂

- Every couple of years or so I get the urge to reread this series so I can finally finish it. Hopefully third time’s the charm!
- It’s been so long since I last read this that I don’t remember what happens but I am getting mildly vague feelings of deja vu about certain details.
- Imagine for your first case as a detective your prime suspect is yourself! Pretty crazy.
- Archery is cool! Except when you get impaled.
